Eight weeks, eight people, eight changed lives!
What is it? A half-hour local TV show! An 8-week fitness challenge, where 8 individuals will participate in a fitness challenge with local personal fitness trainer, Cari Draft.

Where can you see it? Original episodes of the show will air every Tuesday, beginning February 14th at 8:00pm, repeating on Thursday and Sunday as well, through April 8th! Find it on Charter channel 994, Comcast channel 902 (digital) 98 (normal) 44-5 (old televisions) Recorded podcasts will also be found online on the FitGirlCari channel at Vimeo.com/FitGirlCari.

On January 30th we had a casting call --
with overwhelming response.
The eight individuals were carefully chosen by our six qualified "Appraisers" (because no one likes to be 'judged') as a diverse group who our audience will be able to relate to -- while the contestants are working hard to reach their goals.

It's an 8-week commitment, and we mean COMMITMENT.
We'll be filming every Monday evening at Anytime Fitness in Grand Haven, and the contestants will be doing their "daily "homework" as well ~ we aren't messing around here!

Over the coming weeks you'll get to know the 8 individual contestants, and you'll be able to identify with at least one of them. They're all going to work very hard -- especially since you'll be WATCHING!
